If you are keen to see the city line from on high, then here is an interesting place to visit, alongside a walk through Marina Bay Sands Hotel lobby. However, it is expensive and you cannot walk completely around the perimeter of the observatory. There are very few seating areas and information of the view ahead is very limited for English speakers.
