It was completed in 2015. Recommended tip for photographers: You should go in the evening, near dusk, to get photos in both daylight and night. Then come back to find dinner at the mall at the bus stop. How to get there: MRT Green Line, get off at Boonlay Station (EW27), then walk to take bus number 179 or 179A at the Bus Interchange, get off at Hall 2 in the university, then walk back down from the bus stop.
