Singapore's annual summer fireworks display

But if you don’t go there on this day, don’t worry, because every year three to four weekends before National Day, the Singapore authorities will conduct a series of rehearsals to prepare for National Day. For example, this time we went there at the end of June, and were lucky enough to catch the National Day rehearsal on Saturday night. Don’t think that they just skimmed through the rehearsal. F15 fighter jets will still fly low over the commercial district. It was the first time I saw a fighter jet at such a close distance. The noisy sound of the engine and the fleeting figure of the fighter jet were really shocking. There was also a mirage show on the waters of Marina Bay, with police speedboats flying over the sea at high speed, creating layer upon layer of waves. But the most attractive thing is, of course, the fireworks display. The best viewing spots are on the beaches on all sides of Marina Bay, and this time we chose the sea opposite the Fullerton Hotel, looking directly at the Marina Bay Sands buildings. Although it was just a rehearsal, there were still three rounds of fireworks launched, the last of which lasted for more than 5 minutes, and it was very shocking to watch it up close. More importantly, compared to the National Day, the number of people watching the preview was not that large. We arrived half an hour before the start time and were able to grab a good viewing position in the front row and take stunning photos.
