Getting There - The nearest start point will be from Changi Beach. You can get to Changi Bay Point either by walking or by cycling (recommended). You can simply rent a bike from GoCycling, a bicycle rental service from @ Changi Beach Park C1 260 Nicoll Drive, #01-02 (Carpark C1), S(498991) Mon-Fri: 10am-7pm | Sat/Sun/PH: 9am-9pm They have multiple bike return outlet in Singapore. hence, you do not need to return the bike to the same outlet that you rented. The best timing to visit will probably be late afternoon close to sunset. Do bring a cap, sunblock and sufficient water.
