Le Jardin Cafe Singapore

#singaporetrip It was xmas day of 2024 and we made our way down to this hard-to-reach eatery in the morning via a train ride to Fort Canning station. A short climb up fort canning hill led us to this beautiful cafe. Maybe it was due to it being 10:30, it was quiet, comfortable and not crowded and the vibes was chill overall. Loved it. The friendly staff greetings followed up with the menu and we eventually decided on a big breakfast for me, a bacon mushroom creamy pasta for her, a pineapple coffee for me and a la vie en rose mocktail for her. The food was served promptly and reached our table even before we returned to our table from our photo taking around the cafe (it was so beautiful and refreshing with all the flowers and fauna). My big breakfast was decent and hearty, but not something that you can't find elsewhere and the creamy pasta was pretty much the same (but don't get me wrong, they were definitely worth the try). My coffee however was rather disappointing but that might be because I'm not really a cold brew kinda guy but she loved her rose mocktail, both visually and taste-wise. #foodie #food
