"Singapore" Conrad Orchard Hotel (Southward Room) and Executive Lounge

I visited Singapore again, this time I chose Conrad Singapore Orchard, a five-star hotel owned by Hilton. There are no roof covers and there are several traffic lights, which is not very convenient for Singapore where it often rains. There is an Orchard Avenue station nearby (it is not connected to Orchard Station). If you don't want to walk, you can only pay to take a station. Speaking of Orchard Avenue Station, it seems that it only takes 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the subway station entrance. However, after passing through the ground entrance, you have to walk through a tunnel for about 5-8 minutes to reach the gate, which reduces the overall convenience. . The only good thing is that there is a convenience store there. Back at the hotel, the room is not large, facing the residential area to the south, and feels a bit like a high-end residential area. The room decoration feels modern, and wireless charging and other equipment are very convenient. However, for a five-star hotel, the restrooms and bathrooms are incredibly thin, even thinner than those of third- and fourth-star hotels. The hotel comes with welcome cookies and executive lounge benefits. The cookies are pretty good, but the executive lounge is thinner and has fewer types of food, which is not as rich as downstairs. But the best thing is that it is more cozy. The guests and the waiters mingle together, like a family, and they have a feeling of being at home. It is worth noting that the sound insulation of the door is not very good, especially the room facing the atrium. It is very noisy. You can often hear the ding of the elevator and the noise of activities downstairs until 12 o'clock in the evening. It is very annoying. Hard to rest. #singaporehotel
