Day 1: Tracing the Footsteps of History Today, I visited the Peranakan Museum in Singapore. Located in the historical district of Singapore, this museum is dedicated to showcasing the cultural heritage of the Peranakan Chinese community. As I entered the museum, I was captivated by the precious old photographs and handicrafts, which are a glimpse into the lives of this community over the past century. The exhibits include not only traditional clothing and utensils but also materials reflecting their arduous journey. Each exhibit tells a story, giving me a deeper understanding of Singapore's history and culture. As I wandered through the museum, I felt as if I had traveled back in time, experiencing the rich history and unique emotions. Day 2: A Fusion of Culture and Modernity On the second day, I visited the Gardens by the Bay in Singapore. The Supertree Grove and Cloud Forest Dome left me in awe. The plants and landscaping made me feel as if I were in another world, where the design cleverly integrates nature with modern technology, showcasing how Singapore preserves a natural oasis amidst the bustling city life. In the Cloud Forest, surrounded by thick mist, it felt like entering a mysterious rainforest, while the towering plants and unique flowers added vitality to the Supertree Grove. This scene made me appreciate Singapore's commitment to green environmental protection and sustainable urban development, and it deepened my respect for this city.
