It has now been renovated into a complex of restaurants, cafes and bars, but still maintains its original architectural beauty. As soon as we stepped into the church, the first thing we felt was the peaceful atmosphere. Even though it is located in the bustling central business district of Singapore, the interior feels very relaxing and private. The main building of Chijmes stands out with Gothic architecture mixed with European design. There are arches, wooden doors and stained glass windows that are still well-maintained. The overall atmosphere feels like going back in time. Don't miss it if you are a photographer! Because every corner of this place is super Instagram-worthy, whether it's the front of the church, the fountain or the walkway under the white arches with sunlight shining through.
