Cafe Madison's Singapore

Arrived in the evening at the Pullman after a delayed flight and just wanted something to eat without going out, unfortunately not being able to eat Dairy or Eggs I knew it was going to be difficult. The original member of staff I spoke with really was clueless so we left but realising there was nothing really else we went back and was met by a different member of staff (I believe her name was Liza). Really fully understood what we wanted, initially suggested the Japanese restaurant but on checking there was no seats, so went through the menu with us and we ordered she also went and made sure that the chef understood the requirements. Food was great and really enjoyed it, having staff that understand different dietary requirements makes a big difference. Really high praise for the help we got. #singaporetrip#food
