Capella Singapore: A tranquil retreat hidden in a park

When visiting Singapore during the F1 race, I found city hotels to be both expensive and crowded. So, I opted for Capella Singapore in Sentosa instead. Upon arrival, it felt like stepping into a park, with peacocks strolling around and an amazing environment. The rooms were a pleasant surprise—standard rooms are about 80 square meters, complete with a balcony. Every area is spacious, making the stay very comfortable. However, there are some obvious downsides! The morning insect noises were as loud as a drill, making it impossible to sleep in. On the night before, there was extremely loud music that lasted until 3 AM, and the next morning, the insect sounds were torturous, significantly affecting the overall experience. The hotel's must-visit restaurant is quite popular, especially among foreigners. I didn’t make a reservation in advance, so I had to wait 20 minutes for a walk-in. However, the dishes were overly salty and didn’t suit my taste. Overall, Capella Singapore offers an unbeatable environment and room quality. If they could resolve the noise issues, it would be perfect. If you plan to stay here, make sure to check the event schedule in advance to avoid noise disturbances.
