This is essentially the hotel's spa, but the center offers more services, including comprehensive health programs covering spa treatments, physical therapy, nutritional consultations, and mind-body conditioning, with personalized treatments tailored by a team of professional therapists. I booked the Good Night's Sleep package for a four-day, three-night stay. During my stay, I underwent Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to promote cell repair by increasing blood oxygen levels. After the treatment, I clearly felt an improvement in mental clarity and sleep quality at night. The Heat and Cold Alternation Therapy that followed was ingeniously designed. It starts with a sub-zero ice bath to stimulate vasoconstriction, followed by an infrared sauna to promote deep perspiration.
