#AprilGoodDestinations2025 This trip to Singapore happened to coincide with the 54th anniversary of Singapore's independence. Installations celebrating National Day can be seen in various tourist attractions or public areas. Today I came to Raffles City for dinner and shopping. Inside the shopping mall, I happened to see the works of the Merlion painting competition held to celebrate Singapore's National Day. There are all kinds of colorful Merlions, and everyone uses their ingenuity to paint their own ideas on the Merlion. There are estimated to be at least one or two hundred Merlions at the scene. Many passers-by or tourists would pick up their phones to choose their favorite Merlion. After taking the photo, the whole family would start shopping in the shopping mall and enjoy the delicious local food in the food court. (20190811)
