The earthy, nutty galettes have an addictive texture: Crispy on the outside and slightly chewy on the inside, while the crepes have a softer, chewier texture. It's filled with warm and comforting potatoes along with creamy cheese, white wine onions and crunchy pork pancetta. It’s an absolute delight to one’s tastebuds— this combination is ultra comforting! Also served with a savoury and slightly chewy rose shaped roll of bayonne ham. I find that their savoury galettes are really on the savoury side and rather salty (could have been intentional, and not in a bad way) so I highly recommend getting a sweet crepe as a dessert to balance the flavours of the savoury galettes. #singaporeguide#travel
