#springitinerary Housed in the historic Administration Building of the former Nanyang University, the CHC occupies a site of profound cultural and educational importance. Nanyang University, founded in the 1950s, was the first and only Chinese-medium university outside China, established by the Chinese overseas. The building itself, constructed between 1953 and 1955 with a donation from businessman Lim Lean Teng, was designed in traditional Chinese architectural style and was gazetted as a National Monument on 18 December 1998. #travel #couplestrip
