Traveling to Singapore

Hello everyone~ Today, we’re taking you to explore the "small country with great attention to detail"—Singapore! It’s easy to get to, doesn’t take much time, but leaves an impression that’s off the charts! 🌈 Starting from the world-renowned airport, to chic neighborhoods, pastel-colored cafes, iconic landmarks, and ending with an amazing amusement park. Every moment is going to be so delightful—come along! 📍🇸🇬 📆 Day 1: Hello Singapore! Indoor waterfall and cute art alleys 💧🎨 • Changi Airport is the perfect starting point for this trip! From the first step off the plane, you’ll feel the cleanliness, orderliness, and premium attention to detail 🛬💖. But the real highlight is Jewel Changi, the shopping zone in the airport featuring the world’s tallest indoor waterfall, the Rain Vortex. Walking in feels like stepping into a futuristic world, with green plants interspersed with dim lights contrasting with the cascading water in the glass dome—it’s so mesmerizing you’ll want to record a slow-motion video for your IG Story 🌿🎥. • After clearing immigration, we headed to the EZ-Link Machine zone to load up a card for the MRT. For the first night, we chose to stay near Bugis, as it’s convenient for travel, close to food spots, attractions, and full of cafes! 🏨 • In the evening, we strolled around Haji Lane, a small alley filled with pastel-colored wall art, vintage clothing stores, bohemian-themed cafes, and handcrafted jewelry shops that warm the heart 📸💗. The murals on the walls feature flowers, cats, and mythical creatures, making every corner a perfect photo spot. • We ended the day with a dinner of Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice at Maxwell Food Centre. The tender chicken, fragrant rice, and perfectly balanced sweet and tangy sauce were so satisfying that you’d want to snap a photo and caption it, "Eating in Singapore, heart in heaven." 😋🍗 ⸻ 🌞 Day 2: Merlion + Dreamy Glass Gardens + Panoramic Skyline Views 🦁🌿 • This morning, we checked in at Merlion Park to see the iconic water-spouting lion statue. The morning light hitting the lion with Marina Bay Sands in the background makes for a perfect photo op 📷. • Next, we walked to Gardens by the Bay, a dreamlike botanical garden that’s more than just flowers. It features the "Supertree Grove," towering steel trees that look magical, and the Cloud Forest Dome, a glass dome with a 35-meter-tall indoor waterfall surrounded by tropical greenery and cool mist. Walking on the skywalk amidst the light fog feels like being in a fantasy movie 🌫️. • We also visited the Flower Dome, which showcases seasonal gardens with tulips, cherry blossoms, and torch ginger flowers—perfect for social media photos! 🌸 • In the evening, we headed to the 57th floor of Marina Bay Sands SkyPark to watch the sunset. The panoramic view of the city’s skyline and the river’s reflection was so romantic it brought tears to our eyes 🥰🌇. • We ended the day with the Spectra Light & Water Show, a free performance by Marina Bay Sands featuring lights, music, and water fountains. It was so captivating that we wanted to listen to every note 🎶. ⸻ 🎢 Day 3: Universal Studios Singapore + Palawan Beach 🌴🏖️ • We woke up early to visit Universal Studios Singapore on Sentosa Island, determined not to miss any rides! Starting in the Hollywood zone with its "Universal" sign and classic cars, then moving to the colorful New York zone, the Sci-Fi City zone with the thrilling Transformers The Ride 4D, the Ancient Egypt zone with the dark and exciting Revenge of the Mummy, and the Far Far Away zone that feels like stepping into a Shrek fairytale with its European-style castle—there are endless photo opportunities 🎡. • The food in the park is super cute! We recommend the Caramel & Cheddar popcorn in a Minions-themed bucket and the pastel-colored Unicorn ice cream cone—perfect for photos before eating 🍦🦄. • In the afternoon, we relaxed at Palawan Beach, with its white sand, clear water, and a suspension bridge leading to the "southernmost point of Asia." The landmark sign is a chic photo spot 🌅. • For dinner, we enjoyed a beachside meal of chicken biryani, spicy meatball salad, and iced Thai tea. Listening to the waves while eating was pure bliss 🌊. ⸻ ☕ Day 4: Ya Kun Kaya Toast + Orchard Road + Farewell at the Airport 🛍️✈️ • We started the last day with a light breakfast at Ya Kun Kaya Toast, ordering kaya toast, soft-boiled eggs, and hot milk tea. The crispy yet soft toast with sweet and fragrant kaya spread brought a smile to our faces with the first bite 🥚🍞☕. • Next, we went shopping for souvenirs on Orchard Road, Singapore’s top shopping street, featuring malls like ION Orchard, Takashimaya, and Paragon, as well as vintage shops with toys, collectibles, and snacks like Laksa Crisps, Kaya Spread, and Singapore-flavored Pocky 😍🛒. • In the afternoon, we treated ourselves to a short 30-minute "Foot Reflexology" spa session to relax our legs before traveling 🦶. • Before heading home, we stopped by Jewel Changi again to shop for Kueh Lapis, pandan cake, and other long-lasting snacks for friends.
