Cosy bar within Duxton Reserve

Anouska's bar is located within the Duxton Reserve boutique hotel. It has a very masculine vibe to me and I love the atmosphere there. The food and drinks here are very Asian inspired. I tried the Raspberry and Pistachio Margarita and also the Chen Pi Collins. They are all sweet and easy to go down. I tried a sip of my friend's Oriental Elixir and I really loved the aftertaste. Its a mix of bourbon, pandan, otto vermouth and campari. At the initial sip, the bourbon hits you hard and will leave you with a nice pandan fragrance in your mouth after a few seconds. Tried the signature roasted bbq duck with plum sauce and love how juicy and smooth the meat was. Its better than a lot of the Chinese restaurants that I have visited!
