Price per Person - $5-$15 Rating - 5/5 It was a Monday morning and I took half a day’s leave to escape the Monday blues! Stumbled upon Nanyang Old Coffee at Chinatown for a set of comforting old school breakfast set. It had recently undergone a round of minor renovation to its shophouse to Nanyang Old Coffee Premium. You can spot this shophouse from far, characterised by its red façade. Had a traditional breakfast set at $5.50 which comes with a hot drink (coffee, tea or me? kidding, it’s yuan yang), two soft boiled eggs as well as toast! The yuan yang was aromatic, with a balanced mix of black milk tea with brewed coffee☕️, soft boiled egg 🥚was cooked to what I like - not under- or over-cooked, kaya toast with kaya was not too dry and fluffy/ crunchy on the outside! 🍞 I am not a “breakfast set” kind of person, but I would gladly return for this! 😋😋😋 #breakfast #chinatown #singapore
