Asian market buffet

Address - Asian Market Cafe, Fairmont Hotel, 80 Bras Basah Road, Singapore 189560 During our staycation here at Fairmont Hotel, my husband and I decided to try out the buffet spread at Asian Market Cafe! They had quite a wide variety of food and I was quite glad they had gone back to a self-service buffet style so I could pick exactly what and how much I want. In particular, I liked the Indian cuisine section as the curries and such were tasty and flavourful! I would recommend avoiding the congee though as it was rather plain.
