Service crew in this hotel is very friendly and nice. They are always there to help you out whenever u need. Even when you are calling them in the middle of night, they will still attend to you promptly. The hotel location is fantastic, surrounded by shopping malls! Infront of the hotel is Singapore Suntec City Mall and Suntec Convention Centre. Behind the hotel is Marina Square. Right hand side of the hotel is Millenia Walk.
