Visited this freakishly interesting exhibition at the ArtScience Museum in Singapore, which runs from 5 Aug to 29 Jan 2023. The bizarre yet beautiful world of Australian artist Patricia Piccinini is one where surrealism, science fiction, feminism and environmentalism intersect. In this exhibition, one gets to meet fabulous, hybrid creatures, mechanized animals and intriguing mutated human beings all living together in harmony. Side by side these artworks hint at unknown origins and point towards a new, strange, collective future.
