Head up to the 55th floor at Ion Orchard for a stunning rooftop dining experience. the restaurant, 1-Atico, has two different concepts to choose from: FIRE and FLNT. For Japanese-Peruvian flavours, head to FLNT. The menu is filled with sharing plates – from refreshing ceviche to tender Iberico pluma. The best time to come will be during sunset hours, where you can enjoy the food while watching the sun do down. Cocktails are also as dramatic as the skyline views, with strong Nikkei influence. FIRE has heavier plates of Argentinian grilled meats for those who are hungrier.
