Regent with Regal Experience

Sharing a recent trip at Regent Singapore, which will be rebrand and reflagged in 2023, I decided to quickly make a stay there. Was upgraded to Premium Room and given a 4pm Late check out. Welcome amenity is a special gin concoction made by the Manhattan Bar which goes well with the food! The bed is very comfy, the armchair + Ottoman is soft to touch that ensure a good rest. On the other hand, the bathroom is pretty small... Unfortunately the service fells short and was slow, which got me really frustrated. In the end, the Guest Experience Manager noticed this and gave a special gift from Basilico and 5000 IHG points as compensation. #staycation #urbanexplorer #awesomepic #luxury
