Nice Kway Chap at ABC Brickworks Food Centre

The owner is very generous with the portion of food. Their Kway Chap (S$4) comes with a big bowl of braised pork belly, intestines, taopok, pork skins, and a whole egg. Really value for money and tastes excellent. I like their homemade chili sauce; the sourness balances the strong flavour of the braised ingredients. Their intestines are cleaned very well, no weird or bitter taste at all. They have preserved vegetables “kiam chai” for add-on. Their braised pig trotter is also a must order, tender and full of gelatin. They also serve Bak Kut Teh and Mixed Pork’s Soup. Please note that they only start selling Kway Chap at 12pm. If you arrive earlier, you may have to wait for the food to be ready.
