When You Need Some Peace & Quiet

I grew up in Singapore and one of my favourite childhood parks has got to be the Bishan Ang Mo Kio Park, especially since it's near my childhood house that I lived in for many years. But besides that, the bishan Ang Mo kio Park is where I head to when I need some peace and quiet. The park is tranquil, it's walkable from nearby houses and a great place for a stroll with the place not being overly crowded. There is a stream by the park where there's a bridge over it and you walk on it while observing fishes and turtles swimming in the water/pond. The park is well shaded with trees and some wooden benches under the trees to rest and relax as the cool breeze blows at you. There are eateries/cafes in the park too, such as Canopy cafe and McDonald's. An inclusive playground for kids is there at the park as well, a great place for the kids to climb, run around and explore and play with sand in the sand pit. Bishan ang mo kio Park is the place to be for some fresh air, peace and quiet. #singapore
