This one in Singapore is 1 of 5 such museums worldwide, and can be found at Dempsey Hill. The vibrant, pastel pink musem features 14 multisensory and interactive exhibitions, with 5 stops for sweet treats along the way. And yes - the ice cream (gelato, sorbet, potong - you name it) is unlimited for every ticketed test. Scream's Diner is located within the ticketed area as well and offers other dessert options + alcohol! This museum is suitable for all ages. There is also an adjacent outdoor bar/cafes. While every corner of the museum is Instagram-worthy, my favourite is the sprinkle pool! Each exhibition has a theme, and you'll find lots of interesting facts about ice cream along the way.
