It is not as famous as Chenjiapu and Yangjiatang Village, but it has also been on the cover of National Geographic Magazine. Songzhuang Village was my first stop in exploring the ancient villages of Songyang, Lishui, and it left a very deep impression on me! When we first arrived, it was almost sunset in the evening. The afterglow of the setting sun shone brightly on the yellow mud wall surrounded by mountains. The majestic and lush ancient trees at the entrance of the village are very suitable for photographing the panoramic view of Songzhuang Village. To enter the ancient village, you need to go down the stairs. One is the original ancient path for villagers, and the other is a relatively flat route. The earthworks were built along the water in an orderly manner, with roads connecting them. The most famous ancient arch bridge is backed by a bamboo forest and faces a mountain stream. The gentle curve of the arch bridge and the angular yellow mud wall complement each other, combining hardness with softness, which truly admires the wisdom and aesthetics of our ancestors. On the premise of preserving the original appearance of the original ecological village, appropriate on-site renovation was carried out, adding cultural and creative catering and homestay elements. You can live and play at the same time, secluded from the world, in a peaceful and tranquil place. A few travel suggestions: 1. Songzhuang Village, Houwan Village, Youtian Village, and Yangjiatang Village are on the same route. The drive between any two villages is only about 10 minutes, so it is recommended to visit them on the same day. 2. There are currently two roads leading to Songzhuang Village. One of the roads we took has been damaged by a large number of construction vehicles, making it very difficult to drive. It takes about half an hour to drive from the foot of the mountain.
