Blue Mountains Bliss: Japanese Bath House, Lithgow

#australiaroadtrip Visiting the Japanese Bath House in Lithgow, just a short drive from my hometown of Sydney, was a rejuvenating experience. As I soaked in the warm baths, I felt my muscles relax and my mind unwind. Each bath offered a unique experience, with different salts and minerals infused into the water. I floated in the Dead Sea salt bath, exfoliated with the Himalayan pink salt, and detoxified with the green tea bath. The tranquil atmosphere and soothing waters left me feeling calm and refreshed.
