The classic British seaside town

The British seaside always prompts us to think about the holidays of times gone bar and there aren’t many place that still hold that nostalgia as much as the Merseyside town of Southport. Here you will find all of the things which you would come to expect from the classic seaside amusement park, waterside gardens, a old wooden pier stretching out into the sea and of course a wide expansive beach. Southport, however is home to more, with its delightful Victorian shopping street (rumoured to be what the Champs Elyse is based on) and wildlife reserve just outside the centre. #celebrateit #seaside #fairground #beach #pier
