Travel Journal of Strasbourg, a Border City between Germany and France.

I have always been interested in the city of Strasbourg, and finally, on this trip south from Germany, I had the chance to pass through this city. Strasbourg is home to the European Parliament, so many important European figures live nearby, making hotels in Strasbourg quite expensive. Therefore, I stayed at a hotel in a border city in Germany. When I arrived on the first day, it was already evening and raining heavily. Despite the rain, the city was still very charming, with the church illuminated by nearby lights, looking magnificent. Due to the heavy rain, I went to a nearby Japanese restaurant and had a shrimp curry rice for only 12 euros, and the portion was very generous. After eating, I walked around the nearby area before taking a tram back to my hotel in Kehl. It only took a 20-minute tram ride to travel from France to Germany, which felt quite amazing. The next morning, I returned to France from Germany to visit the famous European Parliament building. No reservation was needed, and it was free, making it well worth the visit. After spending a few hours there, I left Strasbourg, taking one last look at the church before departing.
