The small wontons are exquisitely carved, with a skin as thin as a cicada's wing wrapped with tender meat fillings, which float in the delicious soup. Every bite is a perfect fusion of delicacy and deliciousness. There is also the highly representative Suzhou-style noodles, with hair-thin noodles paired with a carefully boiled rich soup base, plus a variety of exquisitely made toppings.
