Chinese Garden of Friendship, Sydney

There is a large Chinese community in Sydney. Just outside the local Chinatown in Darling Harbour, you can visit the Chinese Garden of Friendship. It's a beautiful Chinese style park reminiscent of the gardens of Suzhou. To get in you need to buy a ticket for 8 Australian dollars, half price for children. The park is open every day from 10 to 5. The park itself is beautiful, with lots of plants and flowers everywhere just like most other parks. But what makes this park special are the Chinese features such as the pagoda in the center of the gardens and the rock formations you can find throughout the park.
