This time we ordered the daily limited special pork cheek ramen 🍜 (medium bowl 420 yuan + 10%)! It’s not Matsusaka pig, don’t get me wrong! Ramen soup is basically the same! The starch content of the noodles is just enough to neutralize the saltiness and greasiness of the sauce! The sauce is called Kakuni, which is simply Japanese braised meat with a hot spring egg!
