When I was a student, it was common to go to Starbucks with individual seats for studying to review my lessons when the library was full. Because it costs NT$100 to order a drink, you can sit all day long, enjoy the air conditioning, charge your phone, and study, which is the most suitable choice. At that time, there were not many coffee shops and most of them had a minimum consumption of NT$180-200. The privacy for reading was not as good as Starbucks. Of course, there weren't as many comfortable seats as there are today in convenience stores. Most of the waiters you meet at Starbucks have personality! It's not impolite, it just feels more like a sense of alienation brought about by the SOP mode. But I don’t know if the Chaofu store is located on the first floor of the community building!
