Xiaolong Cultural Park is also known as Xiaolong International Art Village. "Xiaolong" is the name of the "Xiaolong Society" of the Siraya tribe, a native of the plains. In 1906, the Meiji Sugar Co., Ltd. of Japan established the first modern sugar factory in Taiwan, the "Xiaolong Sugar Factory", which was later renamed Jiali Sugar Factory. The predecessor of Xiaolong Cultural Park was the warehouse group of Jiali Sugar Factory in Tainan, with a total of 14 warehouses, collectively known as the Xiaolong Fourteen Warehouses, and the exhibition is updated from time to time.
