Upon entering the atrium, you will be greeted by white papers scattered in mid-air. This installation art, named 'Gust of Wind,' was created by British artist Paul Cocksedge and is a favorite spot for many influencers and tourists to take photos and check-in. The red handrail staircase beside it also exudes a modern and stylish vibe. Outside the basement of the library, there is a play area for children with dinosaur and elephant installations. Reading a good book in such a bright and comfortable space is truly a wonderful experience.
