Let me introduce them to you! As soon as you enter the door you will see the sashimi and sushi area, where they have hand rolls and seared sushi that are made to order. You usually have to queue up a bit, but the sashimi is really great, cut quite thickly, and tastes great. In the crab and seafood area, there are 2-3 kinds of crabs and large grass shrimps. Although they are boiled without much seasoning, they still retain the original sweet taste of the ingredients. There are tools attached to the crabs so you can get started quickly. The fried and grilled food area is more like Japanese cuisine. The grilled beef tongue here is super delicious. If you like Japanese fried food, there is a wide variety of tempura and fried shrimp here. The grilled food includes grilled corn shoots and pork skewers, which are very Japanese style. I also love Dobin Mushi. I drank it twice. Next are American-style dishes such as steak, scallops, and German sausages. There are many steak choices, but I personally prefer the ones that are freshly fried because they are more fragrant. The scallops are raw-grade scallops, and this is also the dish I ate the most on this trip. There are some hot dishes in the Chinese and Hong Kong dim sum area. You must order the roast duck here. Whether it is the roast duck wrap or the roast duck sushi, they are very special. There are some cute bee buzz buns and bear sesame buns in Hong Kong that you can try. Kids love them. Next is the dessert, ice cream and fruit area. The most eye-catching dessert is the honeycomb, which you must try when you come here. The baked brulee is also delicious. The desserts are very delicate and easy to eat. There is also a beverage area with freshly squeezed juice and special coffee, and the sparkling juice next to it is also very delicious.
