The pure white, simple Japanese-style store looks good no matter how you photograph it. I went to the Lishui branch, which has ample indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered a plain soy milk (NTD 110) and a matcha soy milk sundae (NTD 80), and finally understood why they are so popular. Their soy milk is not just any soy milk! It has a strong bean flavor and a thick taste without any bean dregs. Pure natural taste, every bite is the essence of soybean. Once you’ve tried their drinks, you can’t go back. Matcha soy milk sundae is made by pouring matcha soy milk on soy milk soft serve ice cream. It is a light green-white color, and the matcha flavor is very light, just enough not to cover the bean flavor of the soy milk. The taste is natural and pure.
