HOTEL PAPA WHALE 🐳 A chic hotel near Ximending The price we booked was 3,940 baht per night, excluding breakfast. It was a room for 4 people with a private bathroom and complete amenities. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We arrived at 10 am and could not check in yet, so we left our bags first. The staff gave us a luggage storage slip and blocked the bags we had left in the storage area in front of the lobby. When it was time to check in (we had not returned yet), they took the bags up to our room. When we returned from our trip, we checked in, received the key card, and went up to our room 😊 There are many convenience stores and restaurants near the hotel. We were very impressed by this place because they cleaned it every day. We went to get dolls and piled them up. When we returned to the room, they arranged them beautifully. The towels and hair dryers were also changed every day. For anyone looking for a place to stay in Taipei, we recommend this place as an option. If we have the chance to visit Taipei again, we will go back to stay here. I like it very much 😆 Note 1 The hotel is a walk from Ximen Station. Quite far (about 10-15 minutes). If you have a big bag, it might be a bit difficult. Note 2: There are many sizes of rooms here. There are single rooms. The price for booking in advance will be more affordable. We booked close to the time of departure. It was a bit expensive. Note 3: The bunk bed is very high. It is tiring to climb up and down.
