"Guobin Sichuan Restaurant" and "Guobin Cantonese Restaurant" have won the Michelin Plate recommendation. After the hotel moved from Zhongshan North Road to Liaoning Street, Sichuan cuisine and Cantonese cuisine were merged into Guobin Chinese Restaurant, where you can taste classic dishes from both cuisines; Taiwan high mountain oolong tea is a must with the delicacies, which also makes the food experience perfect💕 🌟 From seafood dishes to popular Hong Kong-style dim sum, they are all freshly made with traditional ingredients and techniques. You can enjoy Hong Kong dim sum such as turnip cake, bean curd rolls, barbecued pork and the highly recommended apricot juice taro paste (reservation required) for lunch. The hanging oven roast duck is also a popular must-order! 🌟The most basic Cantonese dish, the Guobin specialty fried rice, is also my personal favorite. The steamed bamboo shoot fish is also fresh and tender. The scallion tofu is very special. The tofu has a dense texture and is paired with the scallion flavor.
