Birdman Ramen from New York, every time I pass by each branch, there are always a lot of people queuing up. Because it opens until 4:00 on weekdays, I specially found a day to avoid the crowd and have a late-night snack🎉🎉😘😘❤❤ . Ordered two bowls of special Birdman Ramen, one spicy and one non-spicy, one with chicken and one with pork😃 The soup is richer than expected, not too salty, the noodles are moderately soft, the pork is tender and rich in fat, and it tastes good🎉🎉😘😘 I heard that their famous dish is Shufei chicken, but I don’t like Shufei that much, so I will probably order pork next time😃 The roasted chicken rice bowl smells delicious as soon as it's served. It's 80 yuan for a bowl. It would be perfect if the portion was a little bigger. Fried dumplings cost 100 yuan for 6 pieces but they are a little small, but it's not bad. I will skip the fried dumplings next time. . Business is very good and it opens very late.
