Neihu Bishan Rock

Bishanyan is located at the Bishan Temple on the tip of Bishan Mountain in Neihu. It is also known as the Tip-Top Kaizhang Shengwang Temple. It is the largest Shengwang Temple in Taiwan and is very popular. The temple enshrines Kaizhang Shengwang Chen Yuanguang, who is regarded as the patron saint of Zhangzhou people. Bishanyan Temple overlooks the Taipei Basin. It is a temple famous for its landscape. Standing on the platform in front of the temple during the day, you can see the winding Tamsui River in the distance, and the panoramic view of Liyushan Mountain, the terraced fields at the foot of the mountain, and Jinlong Temple in the near distance. At night, you can overlook the Taipei Basin from Bishanyan, the Taipei 101, the Grand Hotel, Songshan Airport, Nangang, the lights of the homes in the East District of Greater Taipei, and the endless stream of cars.
