Good Times | If you love cinnamon rolls, you can't miss it

A small coffee shop hidden in an alley. The white exterior makes it look really hidden. The interior is simple with few seats but very comfortable. The owner claims to be a North Korean defector. He also opened a coffee shop in Taipei before and later came to Taitung from Taipei to open a shop. He chose to open a shop in an alley because he likes to slow down and relax. The shop has just opened not long ago. I also asked the owner to recommend the dessert, flower of salt caramel cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll has a strong aroma and a solid taste. The top layer is a bit crispy. Paired with flower of salt and caramel, the salty and sweet taste is not greasy at all and is just right for people to like. Paired with Shizuoka Matcha Au Lait, the matcha is not bitter, but full of tea fragrance, smooth and mellow. It is really delicious. I personally like the environment and the food.
