#springitinerary Jiufen is this super cute little mountain town that honestly feels like you walked into an old movie or maybe an anime. Tiny alleys, red lanterns everywhere, and tea houses with epic views. It’s all up in the hills, so the air’s fresh and the vibe is cozy, especially if it’s a bit foggy which happens a lot. The real star? The food. The streets are lined with vendors selling all kinds of tasty stuff. Bubble tea, taro balls, grilled squid, peanut ice cream wraps (sounds weird, tastes amazing). You basically snack your way through the town. There are also quirky shops, old-school staircases, and some random cats just doing their thing. It can get crowded, especially on weekends, but it’s still super chill and fun to explore. Just wear good shoes, the stairs are no joke. Perfect day trip if you’re into views, vibes, and eating non-stop.
