In the late morning and afternoon you will see the same bustling streets as the night but the difference is the many Taiwanese Groups who want to market themselves out to the public doing their singing and dance out on the streets making this one of a very busy hype up location, something like the singapore orchard Road or New York City times square. Also for food options, and almost every street, every corner you will find the many Taiwanese delicacies like hotpot, fried chicken, bubble tea and many more. But one very very unique thing in Taiwan, and I'm not sure why, but its all the funny shaped waffles, biscuits, chocolates that most of the vendors are selling, and somehow its like a trend and popular even among locals.
