He was good at writing poetry, prose, lyrics and songs. His "Mourning and Chaos Poems" were particularly famous, and his lyrics were the best in the Jin Dynasty. During the Song, Jin and Yuan dynasties, he was the main representative of northern literature and was revered as "a great literary master" and "a literary hero of the north." Haowen Tower is the main gate of Yanqiu Garden. The exterior of the tower is antique, and the unique shape of the nine-ridged hip roof gives people a sense of grandeur.
