The ultimate power spot: Takachiho Gorge

"The place where the gods descended from heaven to earth." That is Takachiho Gorge. I think the word "breathtaking view" was created for this. Also, about a 15-minute drive from here, Amanoyasugawara, where 8 million gods are said to have gathered long ago, is also a mystical space worth visiting. It made me think that there are still many more wonderful places like this in Japan.
