[Takamatsu] Ritsurin Garden, one of Shikoku's most famous gardens

I went to Ritsurin Garden in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture. This is a feudal garden built in the early Edo period during the reign of the Takamatsu Matsudaira clan, the feudal lords of Takamatsu, and is a representative spot in Shikoku that ranks alongside the three most famous gardens in Japan. Recommended for a walk in the garden on a nice day. It's beautiful and pleasant no matter where you walk, but the view from Hiraiho in the southern garden is outstanding✨ Access: 3 minutes walk from JR Ritsurin Garden North Exit Station, about 7 minutes by car from JR Takamatsu Station (it's not impossible to walk from Takamatsu Station if you try hard) #trip2023 #takamatsutourism
