After staying in Sho Sakai Park for a while and watching the sunset, we continued our leisurely walk towards downtown Hikone. We arrived in the city in about 60 minutes. There are many restaurants concentrated in the city, and you can slowly look for specialty restaurants. For dinner, we chose a traditional Japanese ramen restaurant. The enthusiastic owner and chef performed a one-man show, wandering around the floor and the kitchen. I watched the boss's back as he was busy preparing ramen for everyone. In a few minutes, he served the hot traditional Japanese beef ramen. After seeing the boss stop, we exchanged a few words. The boss is really amazing, proficient in multiple languages, including English, Chinese, Thai and Korean. He is truly a hidden dragon and crouching tiger!
