[Kohama Island] Haimurubushi/Hotels

Off-season for the southern islands, we went to Kohama Island. We took a boat from Ishigaki Port, and when we arrived at the port, many hotel buses greeted us. We listened to the cute staff's guide to the island in local accent, and arrived at the vast grounds of Haimurubushi in no time! Since we all checked in at the same time, the front desk was open many times to accommodate us. We discussed our desired activities, and the welcome drink was a local exclusive Baiyalis🌺 Because the grounds are large, we had booked with a buggy, but we went to the beach, did yoga, took a bath, did laundry, and in the end, this was a great choice◎ Our room was the Premium Terrace Deluxe Room closest to the entrance. Although it was far from the sea, we were able to relax on the sofa in the garden. There was a bath in the room, but I recommend going to the large public bath. At sunset, everyone was looking at the sea from the bath✨ The night sky is just beautiful in winter... I was thrilled to be able to observe the winter sky in the garden! If you stare, you'll see a shooting star! You can also see the buffalo and goats on the premises up close. Since our room was close to the buffalo, we often heard them mooing at night. lol Since the pool was not available at the time, sauna activities were held by the pool! We had the sauna dome and the pool, which no one else could use, all to ourselves, which gave us a sense of superiority. We started morning yoga at dusk, and while waiting for the sun to rise, we were able to prepare our mind and body, which is highly recommended. We rented bicycles during the day and went cycling, and we were able to go around the island in about 2 hours! The scenery was also very beautiful, so I would definitely recommend you try it 🚲 When we checked out, we all got on a bus to go to the port, and the staff lined up to see us off, which was very touching... It was a wonderful inn that made me want to go back again.
