I was intrigued by the sign that said "Solo diners welcome" and decided to go in. The shop has counter and table seats, and the bright atmosphere makes it very comfortable even for solo diners. This time, I tried the hidden soul food of Tatebayashi, boiled tofu and raw wagyu liver, recommended by the staff. The boiled tofu was well flavored and went well with alcohol. The raw wagyu liver had no odor and was topped with salt, ginger and sesame oil, and was very delicious. To finish off the meal, I also had a half-sized ramen with kombu water tsukemen and pickled vegetables prepared in-house. The ramen was very flavorful and perfect for a final dish.
